How Do You Protect and Preserve Your Photos?

Like most moms, I have tons of photos of my child. Especially with the advent of digital cameras, we now have the ability to record our child's milestones...every single one of them. To protect and preserve your photos will seem like a huge undertaking due to the sheer volume of these pictures. It makes us hesitate to organize and act.

One way to protect and preserve your photos is to have a back-up copy in a separate hard drive or on a CD, but what’s the fun when nobody can see them? Another way is to print all of them, which judging by the numbers will cost a fortune. Even if we find the time to have them sorted and printed, we go to the next hurdle of putting them into scrapbook, photo albums and photo frames, which will take forever to complete.

I have not gone into action until about a year ago when I got the scare of my life. Our computer had a virus and almost wiped our family’s entire collection of pictures and videos and I had no back-up! I have not done anything to protect and preserve our photos except for printing a few here and there. Luckily, we had the virus removed before it was able to wreak havoc to our computer. After that, I made sure our computer was protected and I religiously made back-ups of our hard drive.

To further protect and preserve your photos, you also have the option of a beautiful DVD slideshow made for all of your family occasions. I initially made them for friends and family, and there’s nothing better than to see them smile as they remember the times those pictures showed.

A DVD slideshow is one of the more creative ways to protect and preserve your photos, and I assure you they will last a lifetime if properly stored. The resolution will never change, the images are big and clear, and coupled with a favorite music, the experience of watching them will be like watching a movie, except you are the stars!

I will turn your photos and video clips into DVD slideshows that will protect and preserve your photos forever. You can show them to friends and family instead of your pictures just occupying space on your computer (and risk being deleted) or them being stored in a photo box (and risk being ignored forever).

Some examples of special occasions include:

  • Birthdays
  • Weddings
  • Vacations
  • Anniversaries
  • Baby's First Year
  • Graduations
  • Sports Events
  • Remembrance
  • Real Estate
  • Presentations
  • Just for Fun
  • And all other occasions you can think of

  • Your memories deserve to be cherished, protected and preserved, a DVD slideshow is one of the beautiful ways to ensure it remains that way forever.
