Q: What do I need to give to you to make my DVD slideshow?
A: Pictures, of course, either in digital or in photo paper, your video clips (if you have them) and music of your choice.
Q: I want a certain song on my slideshow but I don’t have it, can you get it for me?
A: Yes, certainly. It will be $2 per song and this will be downloaded from a reputable online music store. Of course, if you have a copy of the song that is always cheaper as there’s no charge adding them to the slideshow.
Q: How do I send my pictures, video clips and music to you?
A: Three ways:
- 1. Put your digital photos and digital videos on a CD – and if you know how – rip your desired music on the same CD, too. If not, then include the music CD with your paper photos and CD (containing your digital images), put them in an unbendable box (USPS provides a free box for flat rate shipping). As an additional protection for your items, I would suggest putting them in a Ziploc bag. Bear in mind however that I would not be responsible for any damages that might happen during shipment, so I would also suggest insuring your package. Mail your photos to:

- 2. You can email your pictures to me at mymovingpixels@yahoo.com. By far, the easiest and most convenient method if your pictures are all in digital format.
- 3. If you live in or around Fremont, I can pick-up your photos for you or you can drop them off at the address above. Call me or email me to set-up a meeting.
Q: How long will it take to finish my slideshow?
A: It will take about 2 weeks to finish the project.
Q: Will I be able to download my DVD slideshow on the internet?
A: Yes, by adding the option of making either an avi, real media or windows media file.
Q: Will you return my photos and CDs?
A: Yes, of course. Your photos will be treated as one-of-a-kind during slideshow production and will be returned to you with utmost care.
Q: How will I pay for your services?
A: Via paypal or money order. An invoice will be sent to you after the slideshow is finished.
Q: How will I get my DVD slideshow and my photos?
A: Two ways:
- 1. You pick it up from the address above.
- 2. Or I’ll mail it to you. Payment and shipping charges will be calculated after the project is finished. An invoice will be sent and once payment is received, then all items will be shipped immediately.
